Quality Policy

TecSA R&D was founded in 2007 with the aim of complementing the activities of TecSA, a manufacturer of test benches, by providing braking component testing services for third parties.

Thanks to the close collaboration established with its customers, TecSA has developed procedures that meet both international regulations (including homologation) and the research and development needs of new products, offering high flexibility and the possibility of customized testing.

The company’s rapid response to customer requests and its extremely flexible and adaptable organizational structure have been the strengths that have enabled it to grow its market share year after year, both through the acquisition of new customers and by consolidating and increasing orders from existing customers. In recent years, the target market has seen significant expansion, allowing TecSA R&D to consolidate its market position and look to the future with optimism.

The company’s management, aware of the company’s current potential, believes it will pursue the following objectives and strategies to maximize its potential:

Increase the capacity to provide Testing services in order to consolidate relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones;

  1. Increase the efficiency of services provided through more targeted order acquisition, thus optimizing the use of available Test Benches;
  2. Leverage a reliable supplier base, establishing a relationship of mutual collaboration;
  3. Diversify strategic suppliers to overcome any difficulties they may have in meeting delivery deadlines;
  4. Understand and meet the needs of stakeholders, including employees;
  5. Satisfy customer needs by ensuring an adequate level of service compliance and improving lines of communication with customers to better understand their needs and then work to meet them;
  6. Ensure compliance with mandatory requirements, with particular attention to aspects relating to workplace safety and hygiene, with the goal of reducing the number of accidents and near-misses to zero.

To achieve the ambitious objectives mentioned above, the Management is fully aware of the need to implement significant investments in both material and human resources, which can be summarized as follows:

  1. Maintain a Quality Management System implemented in accordance with the current edition of UNI EN ISO 9001, continuously improving it based on internal and stakeholder needs;
  2. Implement appropriate tools to periodically evaluate the quality of the service provided by TecSA R&D and perceived by its customers;
  3. Over time, enhance the professionalism of both technical staff and those supporting other company processes, ensuring adequate and comprehensive training and education;
  4. Begin standardizing its testing processes, improving the efficiency of service delivery;
  5. Collaborate with universities to enhance its market visibility;
  6. Collaborate with standards bodies in developing testing procedures to optimize the service delivery process;
  7. Offer customers technical consulting support aimed at drafting and/or fine-tuning specific testing procedures for testing the customer’s production braking components.

The management, aware of the commitment required from the entire company to achieve the set goals, but equally certain that no one will fail, guarantees all the necessary support through continuous and systematic personal participation in the project outlined.
