Tests according to companies’ specifications

Main car makers, vehicle manufacturers and OEMs determine their own quality standards. Brake components industry (AM, Tier 1 and Tier 2) shall therefore meet these standards.

TecSA R&D laboratory can perform the main tests established by OEMs and automotive companies and can set new test procedures according to the technical specifications and the standards of Tier 1, OEMs and car manufacturers.

The following testing procedures are commonly run on the dynos of TecSA R&D:

Renault Ville Taxi;

WLTP, NEDC (residual torque and dust analysis);

NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness;

LACT: Los Angeles test (referred to the taxi travel of the city of Los Angeles).
