What are the real driving conditions? Brake systems are continuously stressed in severe climatic conditions: rain, snow, high or low temperatures.

For this reason, main international brake testing standards and regulations (such as ___) include NVH tests on dynamometer in temperature range -40° C/+50° C (-40° F/+122° F) for brake systems of each UNECE vehicle category (L, M, N, O): bikes, automotive, light commercial vehicles, heavy commercial vehicles, railways sector.

TecSA R&D is strategic partner of vehicle manufacturers and auto-parts/vehicles-parts manufacturers (OEM and Aftermarket-AM), particularly brake systems (brake disks, brake calipers, brake pads, brake shoes, brake drums) to run test in severe climatic conditions. Climatic systems of TecSA R&D reach temperature values within the range -40° C/+50° C (-40° F/+122° F), with relative humidity percentages of 10%-90%, and are implemented on all the testing rigs of TecSA in our laboratory.
